The senior from Seminole High put together one of the best pitching performances that the FHSI has ever seen. On Monday night against Christian Academy of Knoxville, Allan dominated the Warriors lineup. In five innings of work, he retired all fifteen batters that he faced. Using a mix of a mid 90s fastball and a devastating slider, Allan struck out an impressive thirteen hitters. This is the second time that Allan has been honored at the FHSI after winning the MVP of the 2016 Classic.

Bolles
The story of the Classic was the Bolles pitching staff, which allowed only two runs (one earned) in four games on the week. Libby had the most dominant of the starts for the Bulldogs when he faced off against Grandview on Wednesday. The senior righty went the distance in the game, tossing seven innings of shutout baseball. He scattered four hits, walked one, and struck out twelve.

Spruce Creek
Keil was a key component to the perfect 4-0 record posted by Spruce Creek this week. At the plate, Keil recorded at least one hit and one RBI in all four games. Against Montverde, he had two hits, including a double, plus a run scored and an RBI. He added a double and an RBI the next day against Key West. Against Grandview, he added another hit, another RBI and a steal. The senior righty also pitched in that game, tossing six innings of shutout baseball to earn the win. Keil allowed three hits, two walks and struck out five. On the final day, he went 1-2 with a walk and his fourth RBI of the week. Keil slashed .462/.533/.615 in Spruce Creek's four wins.
